Meet Your Experts

Michelle Robertson, Owner & Licensed Aesthetician

After growing up with stubborn acne and a strong Italian unibrow, I learned the importance of proper skin care and the need for real results. In an industry flooded with new products and fads every day, I’ve made it my mission to learn what works, what doesn’t and what we truly need to do each day for great skin at every age, whether that means fading pigment, taming acne, soothing sensitized skin or keeping wrinkles at bay.

Throughout my 20 years in the beauty industry as a product rep, spa manager and now aesthetician, I've noticed a need for not only great treatments, but also education. There is often a missing link between a great facial and real results, or no explanation of what to do daily to maintain your skin. My goal was to remedy this in a clean, calming and beautiful space.

I've been brightening faces and building confidence as a licensed aesthetician since 2011. With a degree in biology from the University of South Florida, I choose products for results-minded treatments while keeping your health and our planet in mind. I also hold a master's in organizational psychology from William James College and offer consulting for fellow wellness and small business professionals ready to grow with intention. When I'm not practicing what I preach at my own bathroom sink, I can be found curled up with a good book and my fur baby.

I apply sunscreen religiously and believe that protecting and nourishing skin is just as important as exfoliation. If you’re ready to take care of your skin and commit to the complexion you dream of with a realistic routine, you’ve come to the right place, and I can't wait to help you get started.

Erica Small, Licensed Massage Therapist

Understanding that every person’s body is unique, she tailors each massage to individual needs. She finds joy and compassion in the art of helping others feel their best. Her style is both specific and flowing—combining the deep relaxation of rhythmic massage with therapeutic techniques and stretching to relieve muscle tension and discomfort.

Erica knows that to provide clients with the best care, she must always care for herself as well. She believes in the saying “motion is lotion,” and moves her body daily in various forms of exercise. She enjoys making jewelry, chiropractic care, scuba diving, acupuncture, her doggies, healthy cooking, and live music.

Massage reservations are available Mondays, 12–6 PM.
